"On his third full-length album, Mogao explores the Typhonian currents inspired by the writings of Kenneth Grant. Small crackles slowly open into vast and harsh soundscapes, while acoustic sources are accompanied by electric blizzards. After crossing the abyss and wandering through the night skies, you will face the grinding loop of the karmic wheel. 'Hidden God' was recorded live in the Mogaonic Abbey without overdubs, allowing the harsh sounds to flow and penetrate the listener's headspace freely.
