"Priest in Shit has been active since the early 2000's, often operating as a three person unit, but on this release it is stripped down to the
bare essential line-up of Richard Ramirez and Sean Matzus.
These two individuals need no introduction, known for their group collaboration as Black Leather Jesus and numerous solo
projects which find them continuously pioneering the Harsh Noise Wall genre, somehow keeping it exciting while offering a
generous and steady supply of high quality abrasive sound to their dedicated noise addicts around the world.
...but Priest in Shit is quite a departure from the focused HNW excursions of their usual solo work, producing a violent duel assault
of live junk noise by means of scrap metal, electronics and shrill mic feedback, resulting in an all around classic sounding,
chaotic style of improvised Harsh Noise that brings back memories of the old days while also keeping up with contemporaries.
One of their strongest, most aggressive and dynamic projects...hard to believe this is their first official CD release."
